Rashmi Singh
Rashmi Singh is a newcomer artist and acts in TV serials. She came to the Mumbai two years back and before doing any work for TV, she did many modeling assignments for print shoots. At first, she was spotted in Dwarkadhish, a Hindi TV serial that aired on NDTV Imagine. The TV serial was based on the mythological story of Hindu god Shri Krishna and narrates the meaning of Shrimad Bhagvad Gita. After Dwarkadhish, she was spotted in Jeannie Aur Juju, a family fantasy based serial that aired on SAB TV. The serial was an adaption of American show, ‘Dream of Jeanie’.
The show aired a beautiful story of Jeannie who fell in love with Captain Vikram Khanna played by Ali Asgar. In the serial, Rashmi Singh played the role of Dimpy as an additional cast. Rashmi was seen in another fantasy TV serial which again aired on SAB TV named BaalVeer, where she played the role of Pari Taraz. The show narrated the story of a child who visited the Earth from Parilok. Currently, she is working in BIG Magic’s TV show Raavi produced by Taurus Productions. The show will narrate the story of a child,Raavi who is disguised by her mother as a boy. Rashmi is playing the character of Raavi’s mother, named Amrita.

Indian television soap opera (2011)
Diya Aur Baati Hum (transl. We Are the Lamp and the Wick) is an Indian television soap opera that aired on StarPlus from 29 August 2011 to 10 September 2016 and comprised 1,487 episodes.[3][4] It was produced under Shashi Sumeet Productions. It stars Anas Rashid and Deepika Singh.[5]
Set on the backdrop of Pushkar, Rajasthan, Diya Aur Baati Hum focused on breaking the stereotypical image of women in rural India by showing the inspirational journey of Sandhya Rathi, whose ambition is to become an IPS officer. She achieves her goal with the help of her husband, Sooraj, by going against all odds.[6]
A sequel series, Tu Sooraj Main Saanjh, Piyaji starring Rhea Sharma and Avinesh Rekhi, aired from 3 April 2017 to 1 June 2018.[7]
Plot
[edit]Ambitious and educated, Sandhya Kothari aspires to fulfill her dream of being an IPS officer for her father Arvind. Sooraj Rathi, a partially-educated and simple young master-confectioner is the perfect elder heir to his middle-class traditional family in Pushkar, Rajasthan. Later, Sandhya is shattered as her parents die in a terrorist attack. Her brother Ankur fixes her marriage to Sooraj whose strict mother, Santos
