    Brina M. Palencia (born in Oklahoma) is an American voice actress and ADR Director who works at Funimation. She has provided voices for a number of English language versions of Japanese anime films and television series.

    Palencia attended the University of North Texas.

    Palencia is best known as the voice of Miharu Rokujo in Nabari no Ou, Eve in Black Cat, Yue Ayase in Negima!, Elsa in Gunslinger Girl, Mikoto Suō in School Rumble, Tony Tony Chopper in One Piece, Juvia Lockser in Fairy Tail, and Ciel Phantomhive in Black Butler. Palencia is also a former host of GameStop TV. Brina is also known for playing Arale Norimaki and Bulla in the Budokai Tenkaichi series and Puar and Chiaotzu for Dragon Ball Z Kai. In Dragon Ball Super: Broly, she plays a Young Broly and Ba.

    Palencia's voice range comes from her extensive voice training and her ability to place her voice differently. She has also been cast in a variety of roles.
