    At the International Conference held at the Liberal Club in London on 9th September 2024 I encountered a marvellous picture of young Winston S. Churchill. I introduced myself and presented my credentials to the legendary British statesman of the 20th century.

    In this photo I am preparing to crossing the Richmond Bridge to attend Bernardo O'Higgins-Riquelme ceremony, organised by the Chilean Embassy and Military Attache Office in London.

He lived in Richmond for two years where he met Charlotte Eeles, who became his secret love until 1823, when by Colonel O'Brien he knew that Charlotte died after he left London to Cadiz, and Chile in 1800.
